If, for any reason you need to cancel your appointment and inform me at least twenty four hours in advance then no payment is due. If advance payment has been taken, this can either be used to pay for a re-booked session or refunded in full.
If less than twenty four hours notice is given then full payment for the session is due. If you are late for a session then, where possible, I will do my best to accomodate you as long as this does not affect my other clients. If it is not possible to extend the appointment past the originally booked time slot then payment is still due for the whole session.
