Assertiveness and Personal Power Workshop - Next date TBA

Most of us have been in situations when our reactions were not appropriate. We may have felt insecure, nervous or out of control. Assertiveness and confidence is learned behaviour. When we learn how to communicate clearly our needs, wants and feelings we find that we have better relationships with people around us, at work or at home. We also have a better relationship with the most important person in our life - ourselves. This one day workshop will give you practical tools and techniques which will help you be more confident and successful when you are communicating with others. The workshop will help you to understand how your behaviour can affect others, positively and negatively. It will help you to make changes in your life, for the better. The workshop is held in Manchester city centre, starts at 10am and ends at 5pm. Buffet lunch is included as well as CD recordings of the hypnotherapy parts of the day. Group Smoking Cessation - Saturday 7th June 2008

Open group smoking cessation. The open groups are aimed at people who want to benefit from the cost saving of group therapy but are unable to put together their own group. The cost of the session is 90.00 which includes a CD recording of the session as well as the usual smoking guarantee. Quit Gambling in One Day - Saturday 14th June 2008

Utilising not only my hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and NLP skills but also my experience as both an addict and an expert, I have helped many gamblers kick this highly destructive habit, right up to those who were losing up to 4,000 pounds in just one night! As well as the one to one therapy I offer, I have now developed group workshops designed to help you kick the addiction in just one day. The workshop starts at 10:00am and normally ends at 4:00pm. Improve your golf in just one day! This one day seminar is still in the design and planning stage but you can register your interest in advance by email. The day will consist of golf performance hypnotherapy, instruction from a PGA registered Instinctive Golf coach as well as exercise routines to develop the muscles and muscle sequence for the perfect golf swing from a sports therapist who has worked on a similar programme with the world renowned golf company, Titleist.
