Karen Baker graduated with a degree in psychology in 1989. Since then she has spent nearly sixteen years in the health care profession. Having decided she wanted a more direct approach to helping people, she then trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist completing her Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Stress Management, Diploma in Advanced Hypnotherapy and became a Master Practitioner in Hypnotherapy at the British Ethical School of Therapies with Robin Oxley and Gary Oke.
Karen is a qualified member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy, a Validated Practitioner with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Register and a Nationally Registered Hypnotherapist. As such she conforms to their National Code of Ethics for Hypnotherapists.
Originally from a business background, during which he attended NLP based sales courses, Gary trained in Hypnotherapy, NLP and Life Coaching with Robin Oxley at British Ethical School of Therapies, as well as furthering his professional development with other training organisations.
Gary is a member of the British Institute of Hypnotherapy, Senior Member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and holds diplomas in Hypnotherapy and Stress
Management, Advanced Hypnotherapy, Complete Mind Therapy, NLP, Life Coaching, EFT for Addiction Treatment, Master Practitioner In Applied Clinical Hypnotherapy and the Senior Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice.
Gary has since returned to British Ethical School of Therapies as a tutor. From his
success with one of his corporate contracts working with actors for performance and
confidence, in 2009 Gary was chosen to work with Duncan Bannatyne's team of experts
for an episode of the Virgin Television series "Duncan Bannatyne's Seaside Rescue".
Gary also works with professional athletes, particularly in fight sports such as
Boxing, Muay Thai, and Mixed Martial Arts.
Gary also works with ITV, providing aftercare
for guests of The Jeremy Kyle Show.
